The value of the procurement is above threshold, the subject matter sits within Schedule 3 so falls within scope of the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The contract notice will be advertised on Find a Tender and Contracts Finder as well as being advertised on SCC's In-Tend Platform Suffolk Sourcing.The tender process will be conducted electronically through Suffolk Sourcing.Tender returns will be evaluated, and contracts awarded based on a price/quality split.
