## Summary

The Oxfordshire County Council has issued an Open Framework titled "Framework - Start Well (Children’s) Supported Services" for the provision of accommodation and support to vulnerable young people aged between 16-25 years. The procurement covers three Lots: Shared Supported Housing Accommodation, Self-Contained Supported Housing Accommodation, and Supported Lodgings. The framework aims to develop capacity primarily in Oxfordshire but also allows tenders from several other locations. This will be an Open Framework with rolling application windows, and the council estimates around £70 million to be spent over the framework’s lifespan.

This procurement process by the Oxfordshire County Council presents opportunities for businesses, especially those involved in providing accommodation and support services for vulnerable young people. Companies with experience in health and social work services, particularly for young individuals, may find this tender suitable for bidding. The open nature of the framework, along with the ability to bid for individual placements, provides a chance for businesses to engage in mini-competitions and potentially secure contracts with the council for service provision.
