### Lot Information

Lot 1

Annual gas service and reactive maintenance including parts, checking of flues and pipework etc.; Reactive maintenance of gas equipment including hot water and heating installations and appliances; Testing and servicing smoke, heat, carbon monoxide detectors; Installation of new (or replacement of existing) interconnected smoke detectors and heat alarms to provide (or maintain) an LD1 or LD2 category level of protection; Installation of new (or replacement) CO detectors; Testing gas cookers; Replacing and/or installing boilers where current systems are deemed by Govan HA to be beyond economic repair Replacing and/or relocating radiators; Removing and/or replacing gas fires and surrounds; Replacing defective and damaged floorboards; Complete installations An appointment based system will be required

Renewal: + 2 years solely at the discretion of Govan HA
