Suppliers are therefore invited to complete and submit a Supplier Questionnaire (SQ) and tender documentation which must be received by the Royal Borough by no later than 12.00 on 30 August 2023. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The Royal Borough of Greenwich (the Royal Borough) is pleased to offer an opportunity for Suppliers to provide a tender for the inspection and maintenance of Fire Detection Equipment as advertised on Contracts Finder. Suppliers are therefore invited to complete and submit a Supplier Questionnaire (SQ) and tender documentation which must be received by the Royal Borough by no later than 12.00 on 30 August 2023. The Services required are to provide routine servicing, repairs, inspections, testing and maintenance including a 24 hour call out service and two-hour response to emergencies to the following systems located within the Council's housing properties: * Fire dry riser systems. * Fire detection systems. * Smoke ventilation Systems. * Portable fire extinguishers. * Fire Door holding devices and closures. * Carefree Door closures. * All other systems and equipment interfaced with the fire detection systems. Additional information: Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated in the procurement documents. Suppliers will be expected to deliver social value as part of the delivery of the contract.
