### Lot Information

Lot 1

The services comprise the hire and servicing of transient site welfare facilities for Network Rail's Eastern Region. The contract is to ensure the provision of modern and appropriate site welfare facilities that will safeguard the general health and safety and well-being of our site staff. The scope of the framework is to cover the hire and servicing of the following items; * Single Toilet Unit * Stand-alone Toilet Block - 2 cubicles and 2 urinals * Stand-alone Toilet Block - 4 cubicles and 3 urinals * Welfare unit and 1 toilet for 6 people * Welfare unit and 1 toilet for 10 people and external lighting * Welfare unit with office and 1 toilet for 10 people and external lighting * Secure tool store (non-towable) * Tower light (towable) * Mobile CCTV (towable) Other All units must meet Network Rail standard NR/L3/INI/CP0036 and adhere to any relevant standards and procedures for working on or near the infrastructure when delivering and collecting.
