## Summary

The NHS North East London Integrated Care Board has completed the tender process for the Tower Hamlets NHS Talking Therapies contract. This contract, valued at £5,663,000 annually, aims to provide essential mental health services to Tower Hamlets residents meeting Long Term Plan targets. The contract includes provisions for NHS Talking Therapies, primary care eating disorders treatment, perinatal care, bereavement support, and staff support schemes. The procurement method used was a limited Award procedure without prior publication, aligning with the NEL Integrated Care Strategy to ensure service continuity and community benefits.

This opportunity is well-suited for businesses providing mental health services, primary care support, and community-focused initiatives. Companies interested in delivering vital public health services within Tower Hamlets, London, can benefit from the stability of the contract. The re-award decision to East London NHS Foundation Trust aims to maintain service integrity and build relationships with local communities through schemes like Real Living Wage commitments, recruitment programmes, and apprenticeship opportunities. Businesses aligned with the contract's social value objectives and able to deliver high-quality mental health services should consider engaging in this procurement process.
