Commercial Field Visits: the provision of a network of field operatives with water industry experience to visit FSEs (Food Service Establishments) to encourage FSEs to catch and divert FOG from entering the network. 2. Recharge and litigation case Management: the provision of cost recovery services where repeat offenders are recharged the costs of cleaning the sewers. For non-payers, prosecution document preparation. 3. Domestic Field visits: the supply of a network of field operatives to visit domestic properties in regions impacted by FOG incidents. 4. Administrative support services: the support services namely customer account management, field management, fleet management and training

Options: Up to 48 months extension possible, each extension is for a minimum of 12 months.
