The key services are: * Good Morning / afternoon Service * Handy Van Service * Older people's engagement and connection within the community taking account of COVID-19 * Referrals between key services for older people * Partnership Working where it will link to existing programmes targeting older people including, but not limited to; dementia programmes, Health Community Navigator programme, Home Safety, Energy support, Active participation, Policing and Community Safety, Diet and Nutrition, Physical Activity, Community Development, Loneliness, Age friendly programmes, support for carers and Mental Health and Wellbeing.
