Fuel Tanks

Suppliers will be required to provide customers with the full turnkey solution regarding the installation, maintenance and associated services of Fuel Tanks. YPO's customers will call off the framework via further-competition or direct award, detailing their specific requirements and relevant terms and conditions, suppliers are expected to provide fully inclusive pricing for the complete works. Additional services may include but not limited to, Telemetry, Tank repairs, Replacement parts, Servicing and Cleaning. Product variation may include, but not limited too, tanks between 500lts - 100,000 ltrs

Customers will determine their specific requirements at further-competition or direct award stage, providers need to be able to: 1. Provide a card or smartphone mechanism that enables YPO customers to purchase fuel at defined fuel stations. With options to include EV charging where an applicable contract is requested by the customer. 2. Provide consolidated invoices showing a full breakdown of each transaction. 3. Carbon emission reporting functionality. 4. Support customers in achieving savings and streamlining practices. 5. Configuration of cards at individual and organisational level. 6. Open and transparent charging structures and provide open and honest advice to customers to discuss card options.
