## Summary

In the most recent procurement process completed in February 2026, Jisc, a buyer operating under public law in the field of Education, has appointed Timmus Limited to undertake phase four of the IDSX Project. This initiative falls under the category of Education and training services and covers the UK region. Initially triggered by a selective procurement approach using a restricted procedure, the process has reached the award and contract stage, with the contract valued at £45,000 signed in early February. While the primary objective is to assess the impact of Jisc's research on Global education and technology, this specific phase aims to establish strategic action plans based on prior findings.

This opportunity is particularly favourable for businesses specialising in consultancy within the education sector, especially those focusing on digital transformations and internationalisation strategies. The tender offers significant potential for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) such as Timmus Limited, highlighting their ability to secure contracts within selectively competitive processes. Moreover, entities possessing expertise in strategic consultancy and familiarity with the UK's higher education landscape stand a good chance of being well-suited for similar opportunities in the future, facilitating the enhancement of institutional and sector-wide initiatives.
