Renewal: It is anticipated that this call off contract will be awarded to a single supplier with an initial period of three (3) ("the Initial Contract Term"), with the option to extend the contract for up to two (2) years, subject to the performance of the successful supplier.The maximum duration of the contract will be five (5) years from the services commencement date.
