## Notice

One Supplier will be appointed to this Framework. The Contract scope is for approximately 300 complete kitchens annually (inclusive of tenanted and empty (void) properties) and a provision for readily available spares and the refacing of existing kitchens (replacing doors & worktops). Orders can be for one-off properties or delivered as part of wider schemes. Volumes are estimates and may fluctuate depending on the capital programme.

Renewal: It is anticipated that the contract will commence in October 2023 and will be in place for two years (24 months) to October 2025 with the option to extend twice, up to a maximum contract duration of 4 years (48 months), taking the final possible expiry date to October 2027. The extension will be offered at the Councils discretion.
