## Notice

This Notice relates to a scoping exercise for the third generation of the all-Wales IT Products and Services Framework Agreement. The Agreement will include various lots for; IT Hardware, Software, ICT Services, Audio Visual products and services and a Circular Economy and Recycled Items Lot. Welsh Government Commercial Delivery does not guarantee that a call for competition will take place as a result of this Prior Information Notice.

### Lot Information

IT Hardware

There will be a minimum of 1 lot for IT Hardware, this will cover the full range of end user and infrastructure hardware, including peripherals and ancillary products. Additional information: Welsh Government Commercial Delivery does not guarantee that a call for competition will definitely take place as a result of this Prior Information Notice. Welsh Government Commercial Delivery may change both the scope and the structure of this framework procurement as a result of market and customer engagement.

Licensing & Subscriptions

It is envisaged that there will be at least 1 Lot for off the shelf Software licensing and cloud based service subscriptions. Additional information: Welsh Government Commercial Delivery does not guarantee that a call for competition will definitely take place as a result of this Prior Information Notice. Welsh Government Commercial Delivery may change both the scope and the structure of this framework procurement as a result of market and customer engagement.

Audio Visual Products & Services

It is envisaged that there will be at least 1 Audio Visual, covering the supply, Install and on-going management and support of AV equipment and solutions. Additional information: Welsh Government Commercial Delivery does not guarantee that a call for competition will definitely take place as a result of this Prior Information Notice. Welsh Government Commercial Delivery may change both the scope and the structure of this framework procurement as a result of market and customer engagement.

Circular Economy & Recycled Items

Welsh Government Commercial Delivery would like to explore the possibility of a Circular Economy and Recycled Items Lot for commodity items to be fully cleansed and resold to the Public Sector with a full record of where the item originated from and was resold to.
