A competitive procurement for the award of a contract for the delivery of the Violence Reduction Unit's Community Fathers-Healthy Relationships & Co parenting pilot. It is to be conducted in accordance with the Light Touch Regime (LTR) as implemented in the UK by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and will be undertaken via a non-mandatory Open Procedure. The London Violence Reduction Unit will be commissioning a pilot programme to extend its families work that will support young men and fathers to develop healthy relationships with their partners and children, reducing conflict. The programme will be expected to be delivered across two localities, where a partnership approach is welcomed.
