Grounds Maintenance for our West area which includes but not limited to litter picking and removal of fly tipping

Options: The initial contract term will be 3 years with the option to extend for two further periods of 2 years each giving a maximum duration of 7 years. Lot 2 shall be made coterminous with Lot 1 so the contract end date for Lot 2 shall end 31st March.

Renewal: The contract may be extended as detailed under "II.2.11) Information about options".

Tree management of our East Area which includes but is not limited to tree surveys, tree risk assessments, cutting
