## Notice

Nottingham City Council (hereafter 'the Authority') together on behalf of the Local Commissioning Partnership is seeking suitably experienced and qualified providers to establish a multiple provider framework for domestic and sexual violence and abuse & violence against women and girls. Preferred Providers will be appointed to and awarded a Framework Agreement(s) for each Lot, which the Authority will use to enter into call-off contracts, as they are required, to meet the Authority's assessed needs. Services have been classified into Lots, as below, each with an additional specification outlining further detailed requirements. Providers will apply to be registered on the procurement framework against the Lot(s) of their choice. Specialist DSVA Therapeutic Services

To work flexibly with adult survivors over 18 in Nottingham City at all levels of risk and need, prioritising those survivors who will benefit from a therapeutic approach. Survivors will be referred into service from existing referral pathways and referral routes and partner agencies. The Domestic Abuse Stalking and Harassment Risk Indicator Checklist (DASH RIC) form or equivalent will inform the level of risk. An assessment of need will also need to be undertaken. This Service will support children and young people up to 18 (with some flexibility thereafter) requiring therapeutic support referred from refuges in Nottingham, the Sanctuary Scheme and specialist Community Based DSVA Services and the 24 hour free phone helpline. To have the policies and protocols in place to assess referrals to ensure that perpetrators and inappropriate referrals are referred elsewhere to ensure the safety of survivors, the workforce and organisation. To have robust policies and protocols in place to manage risks associated with self harming behaviours and suicidality for the benefit of survivors, workforce and the service. For one therapist to support a survivor throughout the time that the survivor is accessing support to avoid referral on within the service and to avoid where possible the re-telling of the survivors story. To avoid exclusions from the service unless there are safety concerns. To deliver a specialist therapeutic service for adult survivors over 18. To deliver a specialist therapeutic service (including creative arts) for children and young people up to 18 (with some flexibility). To focus on survivor empowerment and work to their priorities, recognising that they are the expert in their experience. Whilst being aware that they may not recognise the level of risk that the perpetrator presents and thus minimise or deny professionals concerns.
