This tender offers significant opportunities for growth, particularly for businesses in the architectural, engineering, and consultancy sectors. Small and medium enterprises focusing on heritage restoration, sustainable building, and care facility development are well-suited to compete. The project aims to create job opportunities, generate income for ongoing maintenance, and establish new facilities such as a Centre of Excellence for Care Training and residential care accommodation for individuals with complex needs. By participating, businesses can enhance their portfolio with a prestigious heritage project, potentially leading to further contracts in the public and private sectors. The procurement's open method and transparent criteria also ensure a fair evaluation process favouring quality and competitive pricing.
