The Council has started on our journey of discovery, regarding how the Facilities Management provision could evolve and innovate beyond this date and would like to engage with the Facilities Management Industry as part of this approach. Market engagement: Following our previous market engagement sessions and our RFI, the Council is seeking further engagement with TFM Providers. Throughout November, December, January and February the Council will be hosting a series of market engagement sessions, aimed solely at providers who can provide Hard FM, Soft FM and Programme Management as a single package. The events will aim to cover in detail topics of, the pricing model, specification, KPI's and climate and social value although this is not an exhaustive list.
