The service commencement date is 1st January 2024. Please note the deadline for expressions of interest is 12pm on 14th September 2023. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Interim caretaker contract for a duration of 12 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months at an estimated contract value of PS1,319,212, (including 12 month extension). There will also be a fixed monthly payment of PS4,167 to cover costs associated with service delivery and a one off start-up cost of PS40,000 to be paid at the commencement of the contract. The commissioner is looking for a provider to deliver 1,008 clinical sessions per year. This is a unique situation in that premises are available which must be utilised by the successful interim caretaker provider. The current premises are purpose built and fit for purpose and the Commissioner intends to provide a full subsidy for premises costs. The premises to deliver this service are mandated and therefore must be delivered from the following address: 29 Market Place, Bolsover Chesterfield S44 6NP Key points for consideration for interested providers are that they:- - Must be able to mobilise within a short time frame e.g 1 month - Must have available or access to workforce capacity to deliver the service (Please note TUPE will not apply) - Must be eligible to hold a PDS Agreement - Must have equipment available to fulfil this service (no assets will be available to transfer) Additional information: If more than one compliant provider registers an interest for this opportunity, meets the requirements set out in this notice and the questionnaire then the ICB may set out details for a competitive process.
