Additional relevant functionality is being considered for future procurement by the Council including capacity to cover additional costs for these and any interactions required with existing functionality. This new functionality would be required to work within the existing system, and the supplier does not allow third parties to provide the support required within the system.

Options: Initial 5 year period with the option to extend for a further two 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and budget.
