### Lot Information

Lot 1

The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) requires a maintenance contract for the four AeroMP instruments. The cover must include (but not be limited to) all labour, spare parts and travel for corrective and preventative maintenance visits. The repairs must be carried out to the original equipment manufacturers standards.

UKHSA believes that Biaera Technologies LLC is the only supplier capable of providing this level of cover due to the fact they are the OEM and do not instruct any third party agents or providers to complete or carry out the service activities on these instruments. 

Therefore a decision has been made to enter into a 2 year agreement with Biaera Technologies for this maintenance and servicing with a 12 month extension option available.

Biaera Technologies are the OEM and they do not instruct any third party agents or providers to complete or carry out the service activities on these instruments. Due to the nature of the work carried out using these instruments it is imperative that they are maintained to the manufacturers standards.
