Please refer to descriptions under Lot 1 and Lot 2 of this Notice and the Procurement documents. ### Lot Information Lot 1 - Staffordshire County Council (Receipt, Storing, Bulking, Transfer) Lot 1 - makes provision for the acceptance of waste collected by East Staffordshire Borough Council and for temporary segregated storage and subsequent transfer of waste materials to treatment facilities identified in the Specification, and for the provision of appropriate management and reporting procedures, including provision to record and report all contract waste delivered to the transfer facilities, stored and subsequently transferred to treatment facilities. Contracting Authority is Staffordshire County Council Options: Agreement term will be from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2026, with an additional option to extend by 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027 and 1st April 2027 to 31st March 2028. Renewal: Agreement term will be from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2026, with an additional option to extend by 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027 and 1st April 2027 to 31st March 2028.
