Lot 1

Norfolk County Council were seeking a suitable provider to deliver specialist stop smoking services. The service comprises the following elements: * Specialist stop smoking service delivered by trained advisors, worth around PS6.6m over the potential full term of 9 years.* A focus on engaging communities where smoking prevalence is highest.* Working with local vape retailers to deliver an e-cigarette service (vouchers and direct supply).* Training and governance of locally commissioned service providers (including GP practices, pharmacies and other community providers).* Working with the Integrated Care System to deliver on its requirements of the NHS long term plan. Additional information: Price was not evaluated in this procurement as there is a fixed budget for this service.

Renewal: The contract term is 5 years from the Required Service Commencement Date. The Contract may be extended by up to 4 years in two year increments at the Council's discretion. The value quoted above is for the potential full term of the contract.
