It is recognised that external professional consultancy services should assist the Museum in delivering a best fit, value for money and market analysed contract supportive of the following objectives: strong partnership and innovation; enhanced supplier performance; strategic alignment through the supply chain; flexibility built in; effective KPIs and SLAs; use of data and data capture to reduce the carbon intensity of the estate as it develops.
