## Notice

The process will be similar to that of the Open Procedure described in Regulation 27 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) but the Awarding Authority will not be bound by the terms of this Regulation or of any other Regulation save as provided for in Chapter 3 Section 7 of the aforementioned Regulations.

Lot 1

This Framework Agreement aims to provide a range of services to support the assessment, delivery and review of AACC provision. The AACC services provided under this framework will support Contracting Authorities to meet targets set at a national and local level, and achieve compliance with the following national frameworks (and any future related frameworks): * National Framework for Continuing Healthcare and NHS Funded Care * Young People's Continuing Care National Framework The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust's Commercial Procurement Service anticipates appointing Bidders whose combined score meets or exceeds 65% against the award criteria detailed in Section 10 of this ITT (which have met the minimum requirements which are set out in these ITT documents) to supply the Services detailed within the specification at SCHEDULE A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SPECIFICATION.

Options: The Framework Agreement will run for two (2) years with the option to extend for up to a further two (2) years in instalments of one (1) year a maximum four (4) year term, however call-off Contracts may exceed this period provided that Contracts are awarded within the Framework Agreement Term.
