The purpose of this tender is to put in place a Framework Agreement for the supply of Viscoelastic products for use in participating Trusts. Additional information: This is a two-year Contract with the option to extend for a further 2 years at the discretion of EMPC and the Supplier's agreement. The current value with the EMPC members is PS65,000 per annum or PS230,000 over a 4-year period. The estimated Contract value could be in the region of PS800,000 for the 4 year Framework period, depending on Contract take up by the Trusts listed in the Contract Notice

Renewal: There is an option to extend for a further 24 months at the discretion of East Midlands Pharmacy Collaborative and with the agreement of the Suppliers.
