NHS Orkney Health Board has a requirement for the provision of a patient transport service for non-emergency patients and their escorts from both Orkney and Shetland. The contractor shall be responsible for the assistance and safe passage of the patients between Aberdeen Airport and/or Ferry Terminal and various hospitals in the Aberdeen area. Additional information: The following insurance cover and minimum levels are required: Public Liability Insurance (5m GBP for any one event) Employers Liability Insurance (5m GBP for any one event) Motor Fleet Insurance

Renewal: In addition to the initial 48 month contract period there is an option for 2 x 12 month extensions. The estimated total contract value is for the entire 72 month period.
