## Notice

HIE has awarded a contract to a single supplier to provide the following services: move waste off-site from Arnish and dispose of in a suitably authorised and licenced waste facility by 31st March 2024. The special waste must be properly consigned in accordance with SEPA requirements and be disposed of by a registered waste carrier for all movements. Remediation works will also be required to facilitate surrendering of the Waste Management License (WML) currently in place with SEPA. The 2 month contract has a start date of 30.1.2024 and an end date of 31.3.2024. HIE has the option to extend for 1 further period of up to 3 months.

The value used in II.1.7 and V.2.4 is the estimated total value over the full duration of the contract. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: HIE reserves the right, on giving reasonable written notice from time to time, to require changes to the Services (whether by way of the removal of Services, the addition of new Services, or increasing or decreasing the Services or specifying the order in which the Services are to be performed or the locations where the Services are to be provided). HIE shall not require any such change other than where it is permitted by Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
