The objectives of this contract are: - to help rough sleepers off the streets as quickly as possible and into accommodation, from where partner agencies can continue the resettlement process -the longer-term goal of supporting people through pathways of housing related support and care into independent living - to meet the needs of rough sleepers and those engaged in associated street-based antisocial behaviour -to work with statutory and non-statutory agencies to ensure that people at risk of significant harm are identified and referred to appropriate services -to signpost the most vulnerable to appropriate support services -deliver prompt interventions and ensure people receive accurate advice on housing options.
