This VEAT notice is issued for the purposes of recording the aggregated contractual spend with the Consultant that has now exceeded UK Public Procurement threshold for services. The Consultant was initially engaged in December 2022 on a short-term period for a below-threshold consultancy services contractual appointment to support the Council's National Adoption Commissioning Team.
