Undertaking of responsive maintenance, void works, including emergency works arising during the normal working day and out of hours call-outs. Undertaking of responsive roofing works including emergency works arising during the normal working day. The total lot value over the 4 year duration of the framework will be up to PS1.5 million pounds. Further information are contained in the procurement documents.
