The intention is to enter into a contract with the successful contractor for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend to up to 5 years in single year increments. The value of Lot 1 is PS3.75m (excluding VAT).

Options: Two Extensions of x 1 year are available to the contracting authority.

Lot 2 - South
