The framework shall comprise of 3 lots as follows: * Lot 1: Ulster Hospital Dundonald * Lot 2- North Down and Ards- Community * Lot 3: Down Lisburn Hospitals and Community In addition, 1 nr Contractors shall be appointed to Reserve Status for all of the lots. Further details on each of the lots is included within the Instructions to Tenderers. Economic Operators shall be appointed to one lot, but could be required to carry out work in the other areas in accordance with the needs of the Client. Details of how the lots will be awarded is outlined within section 7.7.2. Should less than four Contractors be included within the ITT stage, the Client reserves the right to amend the award methodology to ensure that all lots have been filled.
