### Lot Information

Lot 1

This service will provide access to crisis support services children and young people across Perth and Kinross. Additional information: The Council will have the option to extend the contract by up to a further 2 x 12 month periods subject to available budget and satisfactory supplier performance. The contract value in this Award Notice includes an estimation for the extension periods should these be exercised but the value is not to be construed as a commitment to the supplier.

Renewal: The Council will have the option of extending the Contract, either singly or in phases, for up to two further periods of up to 12 months each after the expiry of the initial term. This will be dependent on a satisfactory performance from the contractor and funding being available.
