## Summary

The Association of North East Councils Limited, acting as the contracting authority, has initiated a tender process for a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Highway Infrastructure Surveys under NEPO209. This opportunity falls under the services category and pertains to Highways consultancy services. The DPS aims to provide public sector organisations access to a variety of highway infrastructure services in the UK, with a tender period closing on December 4, 2023. The tender method is selective, using a restricted procedure, and interested suppliers must register their interest and submit Request To Participate (RTP) through the Open eTendering system before the deadline.

This tender by NEPO presents lucrative business growth prospects for suppliers offering services related to highway infrastructure surveys. Businesses involved in scanner surveys, dynamic plate testing, skid resistance surveys, ground penetrating radar, inventory surveys, visual condition surveys, data processing, materials testing, and delivering the DfT data standard can find suitable opportunities within this procurement. The contract period is set for 60 months, with a potential 24-month extension, providing long-term partnership possibilities for qualified and accredited entities willing to meet the selection criteria outlined in the tender documentation.
