All placements in these settings for Children and Young People Pre-16, B) Department for Education registered, independent special schools and colleges; day placements, weekly boarder placements and 52-week residential placements. All placements in these settings for Children and Young People Post-16, C) Residential Children's Homes for Children and Young People aged 0 - 18 years, D) Ofsted Registered Residential Short Break Services for Children and Young People 0 - 18 years. E) Ofsted Registered Supported Accommodation for Young People 16 - 21 years All Services must evidence that they are registered with the appropriate regulatory body; for example, Ofsted, Care Quality Commission, Department for Education or Care Inspectorate Scotland to be eligible to apply to the Flexible Procurement Agreement (the Contract).
