Provide expertise in the following areas but not limited to: * Microsoft, Oracle and Linux systems * Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft applications * Support for end user devices, Windows, Mac and with some Linux users * A range of network infrastructure and firewalls. * Information management and data storage * IP Telephony * Software application portfolio and licence management * IT asset and configuration management * Capacity Management.
