In Summary, the ILCS service will be multifaceted offering floating mental health support services to Tower Hamlets residents, regular 'drop in' sessions to current or previously registered service users, coordinating the borough category 1b housing applications process for those residing within the boroughs mental health supported living pathway and offering short term support to those exiting the mental health supported living pathway.

Renewal: Initial contract duration of 36 months with the option to extend for a further 24 months maximum based on two optional 12 month extension periods giving the maximum contract duration of 60 Months (36+12+12 months) or five years (3+1+1 years).
