A key focuses for the provider will be the Welsh Government Substance Misuse Delivery Plan and identifying work areas in need of development through continued engagement and involvement with Service users, carers, and providers. The Service provider will have ownership and responsibility for monitoring and holding Support Team and Delivery Plan Implementation Group.partners to account against the delivery and progress towards the Welsh Government Substance Misuse Delivery Plan, with support from the North Wales Area Planning Board (APB)
