## Summary

The procurement process initiated by NHS England, through the Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit, involves a Framework Agreement for Integrated Resource Management Planning Technology Partners. This procurement is aimed at selecting agile systems capable of evolving with technological and operational requirements. The current stage is an active tender, with the deadline for submission set for midday on 4th December 2023. Located in the UK, this opportunity falls under the category of goods, specifically within document creation, drawing, imaging, scheduling, and productivity software packages. Conducted via an open procedure, this process envisions a three-year framework with a total value of approximately £13.2 million. The tender is managed by NHS South, Central, and West Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of AGEM.

This tender offers significant business growth opportunities for companies specialising in software packages and information systems. With a provision for up to three bidders to be awarded spots on the framework, companies with a strong capability to provide innovative, flexible, and strategic planning tools are well-positioned to compete. The successful partners will support AGEM's vision of enabling effective resource management within the health and care system. Organisations that can furnish strategic and operational planning tools, addressing performance requirements with evidence-based best practices, are particularly suited to leverage this opportunity. The business growth potential is substantial given the sizeable framework value and the collaborative role envisaged in supporting NHS England's evolving needs.
