To include production support to applications and delivery of on-going change in business-critical environments. Service Management - ITIL service and technical management practices including an incident management system with clear escalation paths. Technical Support - Code, Oracle & Reporting 3rd line support. DBA support services. Software patching. Monitoring and Event Management - Performance monitoring and event management to systematically observe services to record and report changes of states identified as events Development: Development - Fixed price development based on a standard rate card for provided and agreed statement of works. Release Management - A release schedule is to be used to document the timing for releases. A post-implementation review is required to enable learning and improvement.
