## Notice

Procurement Assist invites organisations to participate in a 48-month Framework Agreement for Capital Investment and associated works to its current and future Members across domestic and commercial sites. The Framework Agreement may be used by (but not limited to) all NHS Trusts, Social Housing Providers, Local Authorities, Blue Light Services, Education, Charities and all other contracting authorities that are located in the United Kingdom including those listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/102.

This Prior Information Notice has been published to allow The Procurement Assist Consortium to undertake full market engagement with the supply chain for the procurement of a selection of new Framework Agreements, which will complement the existing suite of Framework Agreements and Dynamic Purchasing Systems available for Members to use.

Lot D - Re-Roofing and Roofline Works to Member dwellings in commercial or domestic properties.

Air Source Heat Pumps Installation

Lot E - Supply and Installation of Air Source Heat Pump Systems into Member dwellings in commercial or domestic properties.

Ground Source Heat Pumps Installation

Lot F - Supply and Installation of Ground Source Heat Pumps into Member dwellings in commercial or domestic properties.

Damp and Mould Treatment

Managed Services

To provide a fully managed service to supply materials to Members of The Procurement Assist Consortium, which may include (but not limited to) sourcing a premises / operating out of a Member premises, operationally fitting out, recruitment of dedicated staff, EPOS systems, van stock management and 3rd party materials supplier(s) management.

General Building Materials

Provision of general building materials through a branch / merchant network.

Electrical Materials

Provision of electrical materials via a branch / network supply chain.

Plumbing and Heating Materials

Supply of plumbing and heating materials through a branch / merchant network.

Civil and Heavy Materials

Supply of civil and heavy materials through a branch / merchant network.

Tool and Plant Hire

Supply of and hire of heavy and light plant and machinery, including collection services and delivery to site services.

Painting and Decorating Materials

Supply of painting and decorating materials for either collection from a branch / network, or delivery to site or to a domestic dwelling(s).

Total Asset Investment

Lot G - Total Asset Maintenance is a whole dwelling solution designed as a combination of categories within this Framework Agreement as packages of works.

Fire Prevention Works

Lot I - Fire Remedial Works from Fire Risk Assessments or system installations for Member dwellings in commercial or domestic properties.

Asbestos Removals

Lot J - Removal of Asbestos from Member dwellings in commercial or domestic properties.
