## Notice

The variation is to incorporate the provision of routine and cyclical maintenance of roadside technology into the DBFO Contract, this currently being the subject of a separate Regional Technology Maintenance Contract that expires on 31st March 2024. The variation to the DBFO Contract is not considered to be "substantial" within the meaning of regulation 72(1)(e) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

The variation is to incorporate the provision of routine and cyclical maintenance of roadside technology into the DBFO Contract. This incorporation is intended to continue until contract expiry on 12th September 2039. The variation value is PS160,000,000, assuming RPI 4.1% 24/25 and 2.8% thereafter.
