## Summary

Leeds City Council recently completed a procurement process for the supply and delivery of personal protective equipment and workwear/uniforms. The procurement method used was an open procedure, with the contracting authority being Leeds City Council. The awarded contracts were signed on 4th April 2024. The location specified for delivery is in Leeds, UK. This procurement offers opportunities for businesses in the occupational clothing industry, especially those specializing in personal protective equipment and workwear.

The tender issued by Leeds City Council aims to provide high-quality personal protective equipment and workwear/uniforms to various services within the council. The procurement process presents opportunities for businesses to secure contracts for supplying industrial clothing, clinical equipment, and corporate workwear. Suppliers with expertise in occupational clothing, special workwear, and accessories would be well-suited to compete in this tender. The deadline for submission was 20th December 2023, with a bid opening scheduled for the same day. Businesses interested in providing these goods should explore potential extensions beyond the initial 36-month term to foster long-term partnerships.
