These schemes are to be tendered for under 3 lots. You may apply for 1 or all 3 lots. Each lot will be scored and evaluated independently.Norfolk County Council will be developing three new Supported Living sites in Kings Lynn, Norwich and Swaffham, all due to open in early 2026. Each site is going to accommodate about 16 to 18 people and it will provide support for Adults with a learning disability and or a physical disability.
