STW and HD wish to establish a qualification system for the purpose of sourcing Water Resources Management Consultancy (the "Qualification System"). The purpose of this Invitation to Qualify ("ITQ") is to assist participants to qualify onto the Qualification System. Successful participants will then be eligible to receive a Request for Proposal ("RFP") for contracts under the Qualification System. The Qualification System will be split into the following Categories:- * Category 1 - Hydrogeology * Category 2 - Environmental Investigations of Abstraction Impact * Category 3 - Hydro-ecological Monitoring/Sampling * Category 4 - Ground Water Modelling * Category 5 - Water Resources Modelling * Category 6 - Strategic Environmental Appraisals
