The MoJ is seeking expressions of interests (EOIs) from suppliers who would be interested in delivering this standard. Suppliers would need to (although may be subject to change): - Recognise previous and current experience and qualifications of our HR community and can work with the MoJ to identify exemptions to learning. - Can deliver the apprenticeship standard in a more flexible timeframe than the current 3 years - ideally 24 months or under - Can offer CIPD accreditation as part of its delivery model. - Ability to deliver the standard from Spring 2024 to approximately 10-15 learners per year (not guaranteed). - Offer a range of learning methods, i.e., face to face, virtual, online tutorials, webinars, subject matter reading, masterclasses etc. - Delivery across England, Scotland and Wales.
