## Notice

Leeds City Council are establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of recycling outlets for a range materials collected at the Household Waste Recycling Centres. The Dynamic Purchasing System sets out the City Council's requirements in respect of the acceptance/collection and treatment/disposal of : * General waste (not containing persistent organic pollutants [POPS]) * General waste (containing POPS) * POPs waste * Timber and wood based materials * Inert soil, rubble and hardcore * Plasterboard and gypsum products The DPS also includes provision for the haulage of these materials. The DPS will run from April 2024 until March 2036
