The Authority also intends to use these new contracts to commission a range of care home based initiatives These services may also be subject to other modifications and changes in order to meet the changing needs and demands of the Authority, the ICB and the customers. The new contracts are for the provision of care home services within the County Council boundaries of Warwickshire County Council and Coventry City Council or where the customer is a patient of the ICB then the location where they live, which is generally within a reasonable distance of the boundaries
