## Notice

Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council provide a Locality Based Floating Support Service to prevent homelessness which is aligned with the preventative agenda and forms a key part of RCTCBCS Early Intervention and Prevention Pathway. The service will take a person-centred, holistic approach to engagement and intervention, liaising and effectively co-ordinating with key agencies, including RCT's Housing Solutions Team, to both identify and support at risk individuals. Alongside addressing any immediate issues that may lead to homelessness, the project will work to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to prevent homelessness/risk of homelessness in future. The service will be divided into three lots which will cover the whole area of Rhondda Cynon Taf.
